The "Tangier correspondent' of the Times says an early renewal of the Moroccan- campaign is predicted. Under the threat of an imminent Riff offensive extending along several fronts, the French have abandoned Biban and retired to the north of Fez. Hiff and Jabala contingents are reported to be 1 preparing to launch an attack on the tribesmen who submitted in the Spanish western zone. The Rebels will probably also attack •the Spanish lines*
