FATAL FALL FROM STEAMER. ACCIDENT AT INVERCARGILL, [BS tnELEOEitMt.—-TOOTS ASSOCIATION* ] Tuesday. A seaman, Thomas Pratt, aged 20, fell overboard from tho steamer Kotare at 2 pan. to-day as tlic boat was coming up the channel to the Invercargill Wharf. A boat was lowered, but a strong wind was blowing and Pratt disappeared. Deceased's parents are dead, but it is understood that hto guarcliaa reside at Dunedin*
