A SINGAPORE EXPERIENCE. A New Zealander who has but recently returned after a five years' sojourn in the " Straits" tells a peculiar story of Baxter's Lung Preserver. His family having heard he was ill with malaria sent him a parcel of things, among which was a bottle of " Baxter's." When it arrived he was quite well again, but within a few months had another attack. After the fever had abated he was left (pretty " shaky " and developed a chill, so seeing the bottle of " Baxter's" in the medicine chest he took a dose. The mixture so soothed him that he continued to take doses and found that it, to use his" own words, " bucked him up wonderfully." After this he always used "Baxter's" when recovering from malarial attacks, sending to the Dominion for a fresh supply every now and then. In concluding his story he said: " Believe me, there were many times when I couldn't have been on the job, if it hadn't been for "Baxter's." Quinine and Baxter's Lung Preserver were always kept side by side in my medicine chest." " Baxter's " is a wonderful remedy for colds, catarrh, influenza, sore throats and all chest complaints.. It is a warming, penetrating specific, and can always be depended upon to give lasting relief in all cases of chest affections. Then Baxter's Lung Preserver is a magnificent tonic—wonderfully effective for the convalescent. It energises the system, enriching the blood and effecting a general strengthening of the constitution. " Baxter's " can be obtained in a gener-ous-sized bottle from all Chemists and Stores for 23 6d.—Advt,
