[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Thursday. Tho registrar of the University of New Zealand to-day received a cablegram announcing that it had been decided to award a second Rhodes Scholarship to New Zealand, and two will be awarded this year.> ; The four University Colleges will be asked to nominate a second candidate before the meeting of the Board of Selection on November 24.
