The deck of the flagship Seattle was the scene of an interesting ceremony at San Diego, California, when Admiral Coontz, commander of the Pacific I- leet on its voyage to Australia and Few Zealand, handed over the command of the fleet to Admiral Robison, who was in charge of the battleship fleet that visited Sydney and Auckland.
