BOY FOUND HANGED.
TRAGIC CASE IN VICTORIA. A. and N. 55. MELBOURNE. Oct. 13. The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Donald McConnell, aged Hi years, whose body was found hanging by a rope in an incompleted building near his parents' home at Cauliiold.
