I have transferred my interest in the Land Agency Business carried on by me for the last 8 years, to MR, J. E. HUTCHINSON, and will be remaining to assist him for some weeks, and will have pleasure in introducing ray late clients and new ones to him personally. In thanking all those who have supported me during my period of business in Hamilton, I can with confidence bespeak the same support for my successor, who will, I feel sure, give prompt and valued attention to clients' requirements. In connection with the above, I propose to combine Mx.
