GOVERNMENT REPAIRS. [BX telegraph.—own cob respondent.] WHAKATANE, Wednesday. The Prime Minister, Mr. Coates, has advised the Whakatane Borough Council that tho district engineer lias been instructed to immediately proceed with the work of repairing tho Rotorua-Whaka-tane Road at the danger spot at Rotoma.
