OAT STACKS BURNED.
OPOTIKI FARMERS' LOSS.
[BY TELEGHAPII. —OWN' CORRESPONDENT.] OPOTIKI, Saturday. Two large stacks of oaten sheaves were burned last evening on Messrs. Goring Bros.' farm, on the Otara Road. The cause was evidently spontaneous combustion. The stacks were insured, but the amount is not available.
