Through associating with one another and remaining out late at night con trary to tho instructions of tho probation officer, two boys, aged 16 and 18. wero charged with behaving in a disorderly manner in the King's Theatre. The accised wero charged with the offence on August 1 and the cases were adjourned for 12 months. Tho younger boy. who appeared in Court, was fined £1 and the case against the second boy is to be dealt with next Saturday. Six small boys were charged" with interfering with an electric warning bell at Normaiiby Road railway crossing. Mount Eden, on June 27. They wero admonished end discharged with the exception of one lad whoso case was adjourned for sis months.
