BENCH REBUKES LAWYERS, In the course of the hearing of an action in the Magistrate's Court in Wellington last week, Mr. C. R. Orr Walker, S.M., had occasion to address various solicitors who wero gathered noar tho Bench. " Gentlemen," he said," I do not wish to point out any particular ono of you, so I will include you all Gentlemen, too much noise is going on, and I must ask you to refrain from talking. Remember, you all have your chanco to come, but for tho moment the opportunity rests with others. Please allow them to carry on." Tho result was that silence fell upon tho Court and the witness was allowed to resumo hor story where she left off.
