MANAWATU COUNTY WORKS. RATEPAYERS SANCTION £60,000. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION. ] PALMERSTON NORTH. Tuesday. By 401 votes to 87 on a total roll of 1100, the ratepayers of Manawatu County to-day sanctioned a £60,000 loan proposal for expenditure on main highways work.
