NEW WAIOTAHI. ' PICKED STONE SECURED. The followng telegram has been received from the manager of the New Waiotahi Gold Mining Company:—Obtained 51b. of picked 6tone rising from the drive at the bottom of tho winze. WAIHI GRAND JUNCTION. The adjourned meeting of shareholders of the Waihi Grand Junction Gold Company, Limited, will be held in the Chamber of Commerce next Tuesday afternoon. The meeting will consider the financial position ot the company and the western section of the property. MINE MANAGERS' REPORTS. Nonpareil.—Work has been continued on the Waiotahi-Cambria reef., A distance of 7ft has been driven since last report. The roof is looking splendid and is carrying a good amount of peacock copper, antimony and other minerals. A complete change has taken placo in tho country, it being of a white sandstone naturo. also carmna very bright mineral, and looks more promising for gold. _______________
