W. Foley, of Sydney, arrived by the Makura yesterday, and are at the Grand Hotel. Mr. H. P. McElhone, an ex-Mayor of Sydney, and Mr. and Mrs. A. Warns, of Amsterdam, arrived by the Makura yesterday and are at the Grand Hotel. Mr. Albert Spencer, president of the Auckland Employers' Association, accompanied by Mrs. Spencer, left for Welling-* i ton last night by the Main Trunk. Messrs. E. T. Fisk and L. J.
