MURIWAI MOTOR SPORTS.
THREE AUSTRALIAN ENTRIES. The general sports committee _ of the Auckland Automobile Association met last evening, Mr. H. .Tones presiding. Details of organisation for the coming races were discussed and tho date recommended by the Racing Committee, March 22, was confirmed. Nominations close on March 7, acceptances on March 14. Threes entries have been received Worn Australia, including M. Sanderson, last year's cup winner with a Vauxhall, and Wizard" Smith, whose performances with bis Essex are spoken of with almost bated breath in the Commonwealth. The light-car championship cup was on view, and is a very handsome piece of work. The following appointments .were made:—Clerk of course, Mr. T. J. Julian ; timekeeper, Mr. Coltman; hanctteappera, Messrs. F A. Cullen, P. R. Skeates, and F. Cadman.
