PURCHASE PRICE, £26,250.

Acting under the instruction of the Guarclian Trust and the Executors Company of New Zealand, Limited, Messrs. T. Mandeno Jackson yesterday afternoon Bold the Market Hotel, situated at the comer of Grey and Cook Streets. The. property includes two brick shops fronting Grey Street,, and was sold together with the publican's license. There was a fair attendance, and bidding was brisk. Commencing at £22,000 it rose to £26,250, at which figure it was purchased by Mr. J. P. Malloy, the present licensee.
