AN UNFAITHFUL WIFE.
HUSBAND GRANTED DECREE.
An undefended divorce action came before Mr. Justice Stringer in the Supremo Court yesterday. Charles Henry Price (Mr. Armstead, instructed by Mr. Lovegro?e), a petty officer on HI M.S. Chatham, sought a dissolution of his marriage with Eunavor Phoebe Price, on the ground of misconduct, Frederick Nelson being cited as co-respondent. Air. Singer appeared for respondent. .; "■, Mr. Armstead said the parties were married in London in December, 1915, and soon afterwards petitioner was given unmistakeable evidence of his wife's infidelity. Evidence • was given by; petitioner as to his wife's misconduct. Corroborative evidence was given by a private inquiry agent. !' His Honor granted a decree nisi to be made absolute after three months. When Mr. Armstead raised the question of costs against co-respondent His Honor, said there was nothing to show that the latter knew that respondent was a mar- : ried woman, so costs would not be given i against him.
