"The Daylight Saving Bvll in another form", was Mr. .T. BloodwotthV comment. Other remits were:—- . "That the Government be urged to promote legislation for the registration of electric wiremen in order to make the conditions of registration uniform throughout the country, and to do away with the present unsatisfactory local licensing." "That , the Government be urged to adopt the wiring rules of the Institution of Electrical Engineers in place of the rules issued by the Fire Underwriters' Association of New Zealand, as the standard for wiring requirements .throughout the country."
