BOYS CAUGHT JN THE ACT. i>. . , .'■* ■- BOTH TO BE WHIPPED. Two small boys were charged at the Juvenile Offenders' Court on Saturday, before Mr. J. W. Poynton, S.M., with having placed stones on the railway line under tho Khyber Pass bridge. The driver of a train saw thera doing it, and the train had to be stopped and the stones removed before could proceed. The magistrate stated that the offence was a dangerous one, and ordered the boys to be whipped.
