INFORMATION DISMISSED.

[BY TEI.EGBJIJH.— ASSOCIATION WELLINGTON, Wednesday.

This question was raised in Court to-day when Charles O'Loughlin was charged with having stolen his own motor-car from outside a garage, where it had been left for repairs which had then been effected, and, owing to the: crowded state of the garage, the car had been placed on the street. O'Loughlin came along and took the car away without paying for repairs.
