J. ■>£; Julian and Son for the Bank a Box Company. This three-storey structure is ;In concrete ' and brick, and is rapidly approaching completion. \ In Anzao Avenue, which showy, every indication of becoming an important ware-house centre, good progress is; being made with the two-storey warehouse be»n£t constructed feet, Messrs. B. J. and J. 0. Sims by the Julian firm of contractors. The building is in brick and reinforced concrete, v Messrs. Julian and Son are also engaged in additions to Mcnnie's biscuit factory in Albert Street. The work involves the installation of some expensive and up-, to-dato new. machinery,.
