KARORI MOTOR TRAGEDY. \ ACCUSED SENT FOR TRIAL. ■ [BY TELKGRJIPH. — • ASSOCIATION.] V - WELLINGTON, Wednesday. ,; • The preliminary hearing of , a charge of manslaughter against Thomas Francis Bailey, as the result of the death at Karori of a boy 13 years old, named Herbert Reginald Johnston, through being knocked down by a motor-car driven by accused, occupied the Court to-day. The accused, who pleaded not guilty, - was committed to the Supreme Court for trial, a bail of £100 being allowed.
