THE RUGBY GAME. MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE^ The Management Committee of the Auckland Rugby Union met last evening, Mr. A. Gray, deputy-chairman, presiding in the absence of Mr. H. Frost, who is in Wellington as a delegate to the annual meeting of the New Zealand Rugby Union, being held to-day. ■ . The action of the Emergency Committee in making arrangements for a parachute descent by Mr. Eastwood at Eden Park on Saturday was confirmed. ... A, reinstatement of A. Champion from seniors to first juniors was granted. Mr. A. Nicholson, with the concurrence of the Referees' Association, was elected to the Appointment Board. It was decided-that the union could not expend money on the Green Lane ground, and that no further matches be played there owing to its dangerous condition. An application from the Grammar Old Boys' Club to play Bridgens was granted. The question of home-and-home matches with Thames was deferred until next meeting.
