MOTOR-LORRY FATALITY.
OVERTURNING OF VEHICLE.
TELEGRAPH LINESMAN KILLED.
A fatal accident occurred on tho road between Rangiriri and Te Kauwhata on Monday night, when James Magncll, a telegraph linesman, of Huntly West, was killed by the overturning of a motorlorry. "He bad been engaged repairing the telegraph line between Huntly and Mercer, arid was on bis way borne in the lorry when the vehicle capsized on a bad piece of road, pinning him underneath. When"; extricated ; he■ Had expired. Doceased leaves a widow and six children. An inquest was held before Mr. H. A. Young, S.M., who returned a verdict of accidental death, no blame being attachable to the driver.
