N.S.W. MINING DISPUTE.
OWNERS' DEMANDS REFUSED. A. and N.Z, SYDNEY, April 30. The Miners' Council passed a resolution in favour of a guarantee of resumption of work, but refusing the demands of the owners to select the men required and to have the. rig-it of dismissal "withoutgiving any reason. It- was contended that this would lead to the victimisation of militant unionists.
