TE KORAHA FOR SALE.
WELL-KNOWN RESIDENCE. [BY TELEGRAPH. ASSOCIATION.] CHRIfiTCHtJRCH. Mood*?. To Koraha, the well-known Merivalo residence of the late Mr. A. E. G. Rhodes, was offered at auction this afternoon, arid was passed in at £18,000, which the auctioneer announced was close to the owner's reserve. To Koraha was the official residence in Christ-church of the King and Queen, then the Duke and Duchess of York, during their visit to New Zealand in 1901. On other occasions, it has been placed at the disposal of distinguished visitor#.
