ACTION OF LIQUIDATOR.
FARMERS TO TEST ACTION
[BY TELEGPAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] DARGAVILLE, Monaay. " A meeting of farmers was held on Saturday in connection with the action of the liquidator of the New Zealand Meat and Bacon Packing Company, Ltd., in calling up money on shares taken up in the district. The meeting unanimously resolved to contest the position in Court, and established a fighting fund to that end. A large number of pig-raisers in this and other districts are interested in tho position that has arisen.
