PROPERTY SALE. A successful sale of building sections at Takapuna was held by - Richard Arthur, Ltd., at their salerooms yesterday. About 23 sections were disposed of. the total value being £2200. The highest price realised was £3 a foot. N.Z. GUARANTEE CORPORATION. LTD. The first allotment of shares by -the New Zealand Guarantee Corporation. Ltd.. will close to-day, and intending investors are invited to lodge their application.
