NO IMMUNITIES ABROAD.
Australian and N.Z. Gable Association. (Reed. 3.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON. April 20.
The Secretary of State, Mr. C. E. Hughes, has issued instructions to American diplomatic officers, based on a communication from Mr. Lasker, chairman of the Shipping Board, which stated that some foreign Governments were doubtful concerning the status of Shipping Board vessels.
