Suburbs B, 0. • Final: City A. 11. v. City B. 0. The donor. Mr. F. J. Bennie. in presenting his cup to. City A, explained that they were to hold it for the season, but would have to accept .challenges from any champion club sub-union team if called upon.
SEASONS OPENS AT SWANSON.
LOCAL TEAM BEATS NORTH SHORE.
The Rugby season was opened at Swanijon on Saturday -with a match between North Shore and Swanson. Swanson won with a score of 8. points to nil. Nettan and Wilson scoring tries and Knox converting; one. ■
