THE MANUKA FOR WELLINGTON. The Union Company's inter-colonial steamer Manuka is scheduled to sail from Sydney to-dav with passengers, mails, and cargo far Wellington. She is due there on Tuisday.

THE HAURAKI SAILED. The Union Company's motor-vessel Hauraki sailed last night for Melbourne, Adelaide, and Sydnev. to complete discharge of Mt cargo from Pacific Coast porta.

THE PORT NAPIER The Commonwealth and Dominion _ Lino steamer Port Napier completed loading a part cargo at the King's Wharf yesterday afternoon, and sailed for Whakatane to continue _ loading. She will proceed thence to Gisborne, Napier, and Wellington, returning to Auckland next month to complete before sailing for London.

RARANGA IN PORT. The Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Raranga, 7956 tons. Captain C. M. Andrews, arrived from Antwerp yesterday afternoon, and berthed at the King's Wharf to discharge a part cargo of basic slag. Her total cargo comprises 5904 tons, of which 2935 tons are for Auckland, 967 tons for Wellington, and 2002 tons for New Plymouth. She loaded the whole of her cargo at Antwerp, which was oleared on February 10. During the first half of the voyage to Colon the vessel experienced very,, boisterous weather—the same Atlantio gales encountered by other steamers during the first few weeks of February. She arrived at Colac on February 27. and cleared Panama tne following day. The remainder of the voyage was without incident, fine weather prevailing practically all the way to the New Zealand coast. After discharging the Auckland portion of basic slag, the Rarnnga will commence loading general cargo for London. She will also load at Wellington, New Plymouth, Wanganui, Port Chalmers, and Lyttelton, returning to Wellington to complete. Her final departure will be made from Wellington about April 25 for London, via Monte Video and Teneriffe. L. D. Nathan, Ltd., are the local agents for the vessel.

NORTHERN COMPANY'S VESSELS. The Northern Company's steamer Apanui is to sail at 8 s>..m. to-morrow for Whangaroft. Manponui, and Awanui. Only mails will be taken to Whangaroa and Mangonui. Cargo for Awanui will be received at the vessel to-day. A special trin will be run to-morrow to Omiha, Waiheke, formerly known as Rocky Bay, by the Waiuku, which will leave Auckland at 1.45 p.m., calling at Surfdale all Omiha. The return trip will be made the same afternoon, leaving Omiha at 5 p.m., Ostend at 5.15 p.m., and Surfdale at 5.30 p.m. A vessel will also call at Omiha Bay every Monday, leaving Auckland at 9.30 a.m. Holiday arrangements are being made by the Northern Steamship Company in connection with the running of its vessels next week. The following movements are announced — ... Tie Manaia is to. make an additional trip to Whansarei, leaving Auckland at 10 p.m. on Thursday.
