1 DOUBLE-BREASTED COAT. LONDON, Feb. 23. The exaggerated corset waist for men's wear is going out of fashion. The new spring style favours a "more comfortable and easy" fit, with permanent turn-up trousers. It is understood that double-breasted coats will be worn by the best-dressed men.
