It is understood that Lord Askwirh's decision in the Canadian war debt question awards Canada, 8,000.000 dollars instead of 33,000,000 dollars claimed. It wm a question whether the debt nag repayable at the rate of exchange prevailing when it was contracted or when it was repaid.
