' MRS. S. A. BRUCE. : S An old colonist. Mrs. 8. A. Bruce, died at her residence, Waerenga, recently. She came to New Zealand as an infant .in 1864 ;in the ':- immigrant r ship Helenslee, which arrived at Auckland after a protracted- voyage of five months. j "For the last 37 years Mrs. /Bruce" had resided at Waerenga, where her husband was a wellknown/ farmer. *v She/had been suffering from a serious illness for over three years.
