HENDERSON VALLEY PICNIC.
The annual picmo of the Henderson Valley School was held last Saturday at Ferndale, the grounds of Mr. A. Knight in Henderson Valley. There were many races for ' the children, the prizes being • toys presented by the committee of the school. Parents who attended expressed the opinion that a building should be erected in Henderson Valley to be used by residents as a place of entertainment and by visitors as a rendezvous for picnics. It is proposed to move further in the matter.
