4-ROOMED HOUSE BURNED. OCCUPANT'S HURRIED EXIT. A four-roomed house at Orua Bay, occupied by Mr. W. Louden, was ' burned to the ground on Monday night. Mr. Louden, who was the only occupant, was awakened by the fire about 10.30 p.m., and was forced to make a hurried exit in his. night attire. Nothing was saved from the ouilding.
