LORRY STUCK ON LINES. MANUKAU ROAD INCIDENT A mishap to a large fully laden mill .waggon, on Manukau Road, -just beyon( the Epsom tram barn, last evening blocked tho city-bound trams for nearh three-quarters of an hour. The motor waggon became stuck about 7.15 p,m. ii a soft place, where the load had beei taken up, and as a portion or tho vehicl projected over the inward tram track i effectively , stopped the traffic. For . considerable time efforts to move thi lorry proved . futile. Finally, after th wheels had been dug round, a portion o the load of ,milk unloaded, and a rop< attached to another lorry ahead, thi waggon was started again with' thi assistance of about a score of passenger; from the waiting trams.
