A wireless message received from the 6teamer Montrose bound for England states that she picked up 43 officers, 39 petty officers and 470 men of the cruiser Raleigh, which was wrecked off the Labrador coast. The Empress of France has some aboard.

Sufficient men are quartered on the Labrador coast for salvaging purposes. The bodies of three Bailors were recovered at Point Amour, Labrador, and were buried on Saturday.
