EXTENSION CONTEMPLATED. A. and N.Z. HONOLULU. June 16. The Tokio correspondent of the Japanese newspaper Jiji cablos that Admiral Baron Kato contemplates requesting the Throne to enfranchise all qualified citizens within 10 years.
