Publio Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the —Mount Eden Borough Council, held on MONDAY, Juno 5, the following resolution was passed:— In pursuance of its powers under the "Local Bodies Finance Act, 1921-22," "The Local Bodies Loans Act, .1913." and all other powers thereunto enabling it, the • Mount Eden Borough Council, resolves by way' of Special Order to borrow the sum of £5759 103 6d. being the amount of ita Antecedent Liability, and further resolves that the rate of interest on such loan be not more than CS per cent- per annum, with a Sinking Fund of 2i per cent, per annum, and that the duration of the loan be Fifteen Years. . For the purpose of providing the Interest and other charges qn the loan of £5759 10s 5d the Mount Eden Borough Council hereby makes and levies by Special Order a Special j Rate of Three Farthings in the Pound upon | the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Mount Eden, and rei solves that such rate shall bo an annually j recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable annually on the first day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being for a period to expire on the first day of July. 1937, or until the loan be fully paid off.
