SETTLED OUT OF COURT. The civil action arising out of the supply of benzine engines for milking machines, between Greonslade, Ltd. (Mr. SeUar), and the Farmers' Milking Machine Company, Ltd. (Mr. Ostler and Mr. Turk), was settled by private agreement vesterday. Tho case commenced in the Supreme Court on Tuesday before Mr. Justice Stringer. The plaintiffs claimed for £357, and defendant company counterclaimed for £636.
