JUDGE'S INDICTMENT. Australian and N-Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.6 p.m.) LONDON, May 25. Alec Shinmarj. who lost the bulk of his war fortune of £10,000 in gambling, has won his fifth suit against bookmakers under the cheque-betting decision. Mr. Justice Rush said it was anomalous that the Courts were obliged to give judgment in support of claims which no rightminded man could possibly make.
