IMPROVEMENT SCHEME. [BT TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] PAPAROA, Friday. A scheme of proposed improvements to the Paparoa school grounds initiated by the local school committee was yesterday laid before Messrs. J. S. Bond and R. C. Smith, member B of the Board of Education, who were on a visit to the district. The committee's proposal for beautifying the grounds will add greatly to tho attractiveness of tho property.
