THE WINTER SHOW.
DECISIONS OF COMMITTEE. Matters in connection with the forthcoming Winter Show were discussed yesterday at a meeting of the committee of 1 the Auckland Agricultural and Pastoral j Association. Mr. E. D. McLennan preI sided. , ; The Auckland Kennel Club and the j Auckland Poultry Club were granted ■ space under certain conditions. The Inj dustrial Association accepted with thanks , tho space offered. The Space Committee I was authorised to draw up a scale of charges. It was resolved to ask the North Auckland Dairy Association to hold a conference in Auckland during the show week. A letter was received from the Tokoroa Progress League, Putaruru, making inquiries regarding conditions for district courts Tenders are to be called for the covering of the space between two of the wharf sheds. After this work has been done, the total floor space in connection with the show will be 1| acres. Charges for admission were fixed at Is 6d for adults, and 6d for children under 14 years. Children under six years are to be admitted free, and children in charge of teachers will be charged 3d The annual spring show will be held on December 1 and 2, at the Epsom Show Grounds, and the Trotting Club's grounds, Alexandra Park.
