SIR E. GEDDES RESIGNS.
POLITICAL RETIREMENT. Australian and N.Z. Cabie Association. (Seed. 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 23. Sir Erio Geddcs, late Minister for Transport, who was chairman over the committee appointed to recommend departmental economies, has resigned his eeat in the House of Commons. He does not desire a political career.
