Decision in the case of the Pharmacy Board against Cox Gordon to recover » penalty for alleged breach of section 33 of the Pharmacy Act, 1908, was delivered to-day in the Magistrate's Court. Defendant is proprietor of two chemist shops in Wellington, and on each are signs " Coi Gordon's Pharmacy." He is not a registered chemist, but employs a registered man. The magistrate decided to convict, but. as the case was a test one, and defendant had engaged an enrolled manager, hi inflicted only a nominal penalty of 203 and costs.
