NORTHCOTE BOROUGH,

The Northcote Borough Council met last evening. The Mayor, Mr. W. E Richardeon, presided, and there were also present: Messrs. J. B. Tcnar. A- Parrish, A- Hurley, W. H. Barnes, W. C. Smith, A. W. Sniitn, O. R. Brinsden, W. K. A. Stewart, and F. O. Devlin.
