.SIGNS OF REACTION. PENDULUM SWINGS TO RIGHT MORE TROUBLE FEARED. Br Telegraph— Association—Copyright, (Received 12.5 a.m.)' Times. LONDON, June 4. Well-informed authorities anticipate that tho German elections will show a marked swing towards the Right. It is estimated that the Conservatives, PanGermans > Militarists, and People's Party will gain thirty to thirty-five seats, that the Majority Socialists will lose heavily, possibly seventy scats, and that tho Antimilitarist Democrats will lose thirty scats. The Independent Socialists will gain perhaps fifty seats. It is feared that whatever the reult may be the Socialists and Communists will raise trouble.
