CLEMENCEAU IN EGYPT.
AMAZINGLY VIGOROUS.

The correspondent of the Times at Paris says that M. Clemeneeau's physician has returned. He states that when he left Cairo the French statesman was amazingly vigorous. He was disappointed at the Pyramids, which he described as pretentious, puerile, and wasteful or lives, but he admired Luxor, Karnak, and Abydos.
The native's christened him " Tiger, Emperor of the West, and sen of Charlemagne."
