NEW ARMY NEEDED,
BRITISH ADVISER PROPOSED. (Received 6.30 p.m.) Times. TEHERAN. April M. A striking report, issued by the AngloPersian Military Commission, recommends Che complete reorganisation and welding of the country's curiously mixed semi tribal forces, giving Persia the nucleus of a cokrpact, well-drained, army of 60,000 troops, with the most modern equipment. It is proposed that the Government shall appoint a British chief military adviser, to be associated with a Persian officer of high rank, with British staff officers, until Persians are able to replace them.
